Finding the courage to create

I always loved art, storytelling, and creativity — but for years I pushed those dreams aside. A traditional career, a busy life, a comfortable path… until one day I realized it was now or never. I didn’t want my ideas, my stories, or my love for creating to be left behind.

So I leapt! I followed the spark — and it changed everything.

All in on myself

With the support of my family, I followed my heart and became a children’s author and entrepreneur. I’m still a student in this role — learning, adapting, and exploring new things like animation and sound production. The best part? I’ve discovered how much fun it is to be fully me.

Books I've published so far

I’m Not Pooping — a board book that makes potty training less stressful (and a lot more fun).

12 Days of Getting Ready for Christmas — a festive picture book celebrating the everyday moments, the chaos, the laughter, and the love of preparing for the holidays together.

Every book I publish is imagined, written, and designed here in Canada — with the help of amazing Canadian illustrators, editors, and collaborators. No matter where the printing happens, the heart of every project is Canadian.

A little bit about me

I create because I can’t not. I love solving problems, cracking the code, and bending the rules when the status quo is just that. Each story begins as a need — a better potty book, or a way to capture the magic of Christmas. I follow the sparks of joy, and that’s where the magic happens. Sometimes those sparks help others find connection too.

I’m inspired by my journey as a parent, always learning how to connect with my kids through art, books, nature walks, and even a little imaginary party planning.

When I’m not writing or sketching, you’ll find me exploring a trail, chasing light for photos, sipping a glass of wine, or planning the next get together. Because life’s too short not to celebrate the little things.
